Whether you want to rent or buy, you give us the details, and we will bring 20 years of local knowledge to research the areas that meet your needs, and to create a shortlist of properties based on your needs. As well as getting an initial shortlist for you, we can if instructed inspect potential properties and refine the shortlist further. We would be delighted to accompany you around selected properties when you visit Dublin, and can also research local amenities, schools and transport. We can provide information on local schools, arrange appointments to visit them, and can contact them to determine availability. We can help with the school registration process, and with the various logistics of starting a new school – uniforms, transport and school books. We can provide information on local leisure facilities, shopping, restaurants and amenities. We work only for renters and buyers – we are not involved with the sale of properties. Therefore we are only concerned with helping you find the right sale or rental property – we have no conflicts of interest with property vendors. We provide unbiased, impartial advice - whether you are buying or renting.
