• Premium Rental Package – €1,800
  Full support over approx. 4–8 weeks, including up to 6 accompanied viewings, lease negotiation, utility setup, and check-in assistance. Ideal for senior executives, families, or assignees with specific requirements.

• Standard Rental Package – €1,500
  Streamlined support for 3–6 weeks, including up to 4 accompanied viewings and all the features of the Premium package.

• Basic Rental Package – €1,200
  A cost-effective version of the Standard package with up to 4 accompanied viewings. Excludes property inspection, lease negotiation, utility setup, and check-in support.

• Travel surcharges apply for services outside Dublin.
