Market Insight

• Engagement Fee – €2,000

• Covers initial consultation, tailored property search, and market research.

• Search & Source Fee

• €5,000 for homes under €500,000, or

• 1% of purchase price for homes over €500,000

• Fee is only payable once an offer is accepted.

• Travel surcharges may apply for properties outside Greater Dublin
