Complimentary Introductory Call (15–30 Minutes) – Free

A short introductory consultation to discuss your proposed move, likely rental budget, timeline and accommodation requirements.

 

This call provides an opportunity to understand your circumstances, answer initial questions, and determine whether our services may be a suitable fit for your relocation or property search.

 

Extended Relocation Consultation – €125

A more detailed strategic consultation designed for clients who require in-depth guidance before commencing their property search or relocation.

Particularly suitable for:

• International relocations

• Self-employed applicants or those with overseas income

• Retirees and non-standard financial profiles

• Families requiring school guidance

• Clients relocating with pets

• Clients considering a future property purchase

• Applicants seeking advice on rental budgets, affordability and application strategy

• Those requiring broader Dublin area and neighbourhood guidance

 

The consultation is conducted via Microsoft Teams and typically lasts between 30 and 60 minutes.

 

Following the consultation, we provide written summary notes outlining key recommendations, guidance and suggested next steps.

 

Should you subsequently proceed with one of our Rental Home-Find or Relocation Packages, the consultation fee will be deducted from the package cost.
