Founded in 2020 by Dublin native Thalia Maree, our relocation services are designed to help individuals, families, and businesses seamlessly transition to life in Dublin.  Having herself completed an international relocation back to Dublin in 2012, Thalia is committed to supporting clients as they find and secure their ideal property, providing a smooth, stress-free relocation experience.

Thalia holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and Economics from Trinity College Dublin and a Higher Certificate in Business in Real Estate (Valuation, Sale, and Management) from TU Dublin. She is a licensed Property Services Provider, regulated by the PSRA (Licence No: 004363), ensuring you receive professional, trusted service.

Lastly, she was extremely kind and supportive when we were struggling to secure our child’s admission in a school. She immediately emailed various schools and helped us to secure a place for him.

She was so kind enough that she left a welcome gift for us the day we arrived. It really made us feel welcomed and was such a sweet surprise for our family.
